The commission is currently not accepting any applications, and no application periods are open at this time.
When the application period opens, information and application materials will be posted on this page. The most up to date information will also be discussed during the Commission's public meetings.
When an application period opens, applications can be sent via electronic means to the MCC email mcc.contact@nebraska.gov or sent via US Postal Service to the MCC address: PO Box 95046, Lincoln, NE 68509. Submissions of applications must be consistent with the current emergency regulations that were approved at the MCC Meeting on 01/22/2026. There is currently no fee to submit an application.

- Nebraska State Patrol Fingerprint Information (when making your appointment - select "Name Check with Fingerprints (Nebraska Only). The fee for this service is $30.00 and can be paid online during the appointment scheduling (credit/debit/ACH) or paid in cash or check at the time of appointment. If you choose to pay in office, select ‘pay later’ when the payment screen pops up.
Cultivator Applications
The Commission will no longer be accepting Cultivator applications at this time.
The application time period for cultivators began September 4, 2025, and ran through September 23, 2025.

Manufacturing Applications
The application period for manufacturers has not yet opened and is currently pending legislative action. When the application period becomes available, detailed information and application materials will be posted on this page. Please check back periodically for updates.
In the meantime, attending one of the Commission’s public meetings is the best way to stay informed, as the latest updates, discussions, and decisions regarding the application process are addressed during these meetings.
